ABOUT ISRAEL GUILLEN
Israel Guillen left his position as a Case Worker in 2018 to join the promising new industry of cannabis. Starting on the production line and quickly working his way up to Compliance Officer for one of the leading brands in the California market; Israel gained first-hand experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of running a successful cannabis business. In February 2022, Israel decided to take his expertise and start Seed to Sale Consulting (STS) with Shane O’Connell.
In Fall/Winter 2022, STS will launch its first cannabis brand in California, Greens in Regulation, a cannabis and golf crossover.
ABOUT SHANE O'CONNELL
Shane O'Connell joined the cannabis industry in 2018 as an associate brewer of cannabis-infused coffee and tea beverages. His attention quickly turned to the developing section of cannabis compliance and regulatory advocacy work with trade groups like the CCIA and NORML. In addition to a compliance focus, Shane has also helped found multiple community give-back initiatives for California cannabis companies.
